We are excited to announce the official start of SoilMon – Advanced Soil Sealing Monitoring for Austria, a project funded by FFG and developed in collaboration between GeoVille and IIASA.
The project focuses on creating an advanced Earth observation-based approach to monitor soil sealing and generate detailed maps for the years 2022 and 2025.
End of 2025, we hosted an online information session to present the project’s objectives and methodology. A big thank you to all participants for your valuable feedback and insights! Your contributions will help shape the success of SoilMon and ensure its relevance for users.
