Introducing StatOnEdge: a powerful new feature within the DestinEStreamer Service!

StatOnEdge is a new DestinEStreamer feature developed by ESAs DTE DA-DDS (Distributed Access - Distributed Data Service) project, that enables in-browser processing of big-data in climate sciencea, using WebAssembly and enhanced Data Compression and Streaming, it delivers trend curves of climate variables in seconds and minutes without requiring external tools.

It allows users to define geographic areas, select predefined or custom statistical parameters, and instantly process climate data, such as temperature averages from historical datasets, directly within the DestinEStreamer. Aggregated timeseries can be downloaded for further analysis, making it easy to generate further insights like trend lines for climate data over decades. Stay tuned for new functionalities in the DestinEStreamer Web-Application.
