DUNIA of the European Space Agency - ESA EO AFRICA initiative gains momentum, attracts interest, and welcomes its first users!

At a meeting during the GMES & Africa Continental Forum with delegates from the African Union, the European Space Agency, the European Commission, and regional African institutions of GMES & Africa, GeoVille discussed the future uptake of DUNIA to keep the momentum. After a successful official presentation of DUNIA at the GMES & Africa Continental Forum, Sharm El-Sheikh (28.11.2023), we are pleased by the amount of interest, encouragement, and the significant number of new users on the platform.

Tomorrow the training for the Dunia Hackathon on Earth Observation for Sustainable Natural Resource Management in Africa starts!
